I enjoyed working with Ralph Ballard.  He was very patient with my slow decision making process.  I upgraded my shingle to a designer color,  and Ralph suggested that I change the color of my gutters from black to a complimentary clay color.  The house looks very nice. 

Even though it was snowing the day the work began, the men worked diligently to get the work done.   Two trim boards needed replaced due to rot.  The boards were painted and installed.

In addition to the roof, I had originally thought about bumping out my attic space to add additional living space.  Ralph contacted the county planning commission to obtain requirements, etc.  He gave me an estimate for changing the roof line in the attic and suggested a more economical improvement would be to add skylights and not change the roofline.  I am very happy with the result.

I am hoping to have Construction Solutions convert my attic into a finished living space in the near future. 

This crew was working in 90 degree weather.  In spite of the heat, they kept on working to get the job done.  I kept them in ice water and cokes as much as I could.  I appreciate their professionalism and their hard work.  I know I could not do what they did.  Our roof looks great!  Will recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.  His estimate was exactly what he charged us.

From the start Ralph was courteous and professional.   He worked from the insurance estimate and helped me with getting my final depreciation check.   The crew did a fantastic job on the roof and gutters.  They showed up on time and were able to complete the roof in a day and followed up that week with the gutters. 
I had complete piece of mind after talking to Ralph that the job would go well.  It was a pleasure doing work with his company.  I would highly recommend them.

Ralph and Darryl came out to the house and met with us to explained exactly what they were going to do and the pricing.  They were very through and answered all our questions.
Ralph, Darryl and team did an great job on our roof.  They made sure the area was clean and neat prior to leaving and that we were completely satisfied with the work.
