Kevin was very responsive & professional.  He clearly has a wealth of knowledge about bug behavior, which allows him to tailor his treatment approach for maximum effectiveness.  He made a detailed survey and was very open to sharing what he found and what it meant.  He offers a practical and thorough 3-stage program and he was always right on time for the follow-up appointments.  I found that his price was very reasonable, and significantly less than several of the quotes I got.  I would recommend him without reservation.
