 + -1 moreHow it went overall? American Acceptance Mortgage did a professional job of following up on calls on time, meeting with us and making themselves available when we needed them. When it came time to actually buying our home, American Acceptance Mortgage showed up with a check for the actual amount to be paid to the seller, no delay or waiting for a bank transfer or other things that can slow down a transaction. In a word, it was GREAT!
Description of Work: After moving to Indiana from Los Angeles - We were amazed at the selection of homes available for what we considered a very affordable price. (Under 400k) Our real estate professional showed us nearly 50 homes to choose from! When it came time to choose a Mortgage Lender, we did our homework, we chose American Acceptance after looking at three different competitors. Vice President Dan Nicolas took his time explaining the various choices we had and how much it would cost came in a written good faith estimate.
