All star replaced my A/C in the middle of summer Really fast and great price! I was only melting for a day! He came out ASAP ! I am a lifelong customer now

He was prompt, professional and friendly.  He looked at the air unit and knew right away what the problem was.  He had the part and fixed it in minutes.  It was great!

Richie was recommended to me by a friend when I was complaining about the service personnel from the company I had been using.  Just because I'm retired and have gray hair doesn't mean I am stupid and will believe anything they tell me.
He was very nice and professional.  Called to let me know he was going to be about 10 minutes late.  He explained to me what he had checked and that he had found no problems.  I signed up for him to return in the fall to inspect the furnace before winter.

Rich totally checked furnace and did not find any problem that should cause such a repair. No blower or control board issues, just a dirty flame sensor which Mr Quik should have kept clean during annual maintenance.

I have been using them for a long time and I really like them.  The guy is just really friendly, knowledgeable, and it is easy to work with him and schedule him.  The prices are good.  The quality of the work is really good.

He was a really nice guy.  The customer service was great.  We did have to pay 120 dollars for the after-hours rate when they came out on a Friday night.  They did a great job.

I would highly recommend this company.  When the owner is the one showing up to do the work you know he cares about the quality of work because it's his company.  When I first called him he told me to check the filter first because sometimes that is the simple fix.  He said he didn't want me to spend $ for him to come out and find out it was just the filter.  He went out of his way to make sure the money I spent was only for  the services I needed.  He is very friendly, honest, and hard working.  He will treat you the way customers should be treated.  Even though he was very busy he took his time in his diagnosis and explanation and made sure the work he did was quality.  I will use him for all of my future heating and air needs.

Richie came out to Clean and Service our A/C unit for the summer time. He also recharged the Freon in the system. Richie wasn't pushy to make us buy a new system because we had a small leak. Nor did he push us to try the leak blocker stuff to prevent the leak in the future. He did a great job, it worked great and chilled my house during the 90+ degree days we were having here in central Indiana at the end of May.

Then at the beginning of June, our A/C unit stopped working again. Straight up wouldn't turn on at all. I thought that we were going to have to spend thousands on a new unit. However, Richie came right out the next morning and found out the capacitor was blown and just needed to be replaced. Thank goodness! Richie could have tried to push buying a new system, which would dip into our savings for my wedding that i'm trying to save for, but he fixed the issue and it works great.

Richie runs a great business and it is something to be proud of. This is not the kind of service you see anymore. Thank you so much Richie, if my fiance and I stay in Indy, you'll be our go-to heating and A/C guy!!

Richie Bowen was punctual, performed all work that was necessary, kept me informed about the repair, and provided follow-up contact.

It turned out to be a simple fix and he was honest about it. We?ve worked with him before and he is responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. This repair was covered under our home warrantee.

I contacted Richie mid-morning and by afternoon, he had us back up and running. We bought into his one-year maintenance agreement (which is substantially less expense than the one we had that just expired) and he unclogged everything and performed the standard maintenance.

Best customer service ever. All Star Heating and Cooling gets an A plus for responsiveness, technical know-how and getting the problem fixed the best was possible.

Our furnace went out, and we called All Star Heating to come out. Richie came right out and gave us an estimate on the igniter and fixed it on the spot. Richie is the owner, and he is very knowledgeable. He really seemed to care about our problem. Richie is also very professional and clean. There was no mess left for me to clean up. I would highly recommend this company.
