Landscaping
He left the yard in worse shape than it was in. I have standing water in places there was not water before. It is below grade.

The contract for this year is exactly like the one for last year, if he didn't want to include "maintaining flower beds", he should have stated that, or gave me a price for that. I assumed, which I should not have, that it was included as it was last year. I can get my grass cut, Nothing else for $10.00 for 3 grass cuttings they have done this year. He was supposed to have planted 132 bulbs, which I purchased, Only 40 came up. He has not treated my lawn at anytime, yet he is refusing to refund my $228.00 He is charging a late fee for the 2 grass cuttings, which I have never been billed for. Plus he advised me I was on a monthly billing schedule anyway. yet he is charging me a late fee.
