Beware 100% con after logging a neibors property he pushed all their trash on me n lit a fire that almost caught my entire property on fire . I did have a contract to be logged also I backed out after this . My property was the only way these logs were able to come out after causing thousands in damages crushing drains , tearing up my front yard , and a high dollar Japanese maple . And the kicker to all this is this logger showed up orginally to log my property n logged him first instead . And my property was the only way in and out this guys a true con smooth talker beware your just dollars to him . So my neibor got his property logged n it cost me money

Called after giant storm hit. Understood it would not happen over night. Waited a couple weeks and called asking if they had idea when they could get to it. I was told sometime in the next 7 days since it was not that big of a tree. Waited about 15 more days and had to go find someone else. Was never told anything about why it was taking longer than normal. Called phone listed on google and said voicemail box was full and could not get ahold of them. Texted another number I was going a different route since it had now been a month since I first called and have just had this tree laying over in my front yard. I finally got a reply a day later after nothing for 2 weeks.

Had to hire another logging company to finish the job. Did not communicate. Left cut timber and had to use current logger to haul off because Kyle said he did not have time for us. I would've understood if he communicated that with me but it took the other logging company to call and ask to see if it was okay to haul off his logs to tell them he didn't have time to finish my land. Kyle was all promise but never followed through on his word. I would not recommend his company for anyone looking to get logged or have residential services done. Used chains from the saws and trash were left on my property for me to clean up. I am months behind on my property because of his miscommunication and laziness. He has a lot of growing and learning to do if he wants to make it as a business owner. If my job wasn't going to make him any money then he should've made his yes be yes and his no, no. However another logging company picked up his slack and my property is almost complete. What took Kyle over 4 months took McCarter's 2 and a half days to get where they are at now with an acre and a half.

Removed my trees very timely!! Cleaned up well and left firewood stacked for us to use in our fire pit.

They are professional and friendly. The quality of their work and price given matches no others. I really can't say enough about them. We have a few more trees we need taken down in the fall. We will not use anyone else. Highly recommended.
