We needed some new patio furniture for our pool that was completed last fall.  We went to the store during the Indianapolis Home Show.  It seemed as though most items were on sale because of a Home Show promotion.  We worked with Terry, and she was quite helpful in pointing us to comfy chaise lounges and other furniture.   She answered all of our questions about quality and durability.  We ended up purchasing a round table, four chairs, umbrella base, and umbrella for a smaller seating area.  We also purchased four chaise lounge chairs with cushions and headrests.  They said everything would be ordered and stored until we were ready for delivery.  We called on a Monday for a Friday delivery.  Two delivery guys arrived (early) and put everything where we wanted it.  Overall, a great experience.  We've already decided that we will probably replace our older table sometime in the next year or so and possibly add another large umbrella around the chaise lounges.  We're going to head back to Wicker Works to do so.

IT WAS NO PRESSURE SALES. THEY HELPED ME FIND THE BEST DEALS, ALL OF THE PIECES WERE COORDINATED. IT WAS A VERY GREAT, PERSONAL, ONE ON ONE SALES EXPERIENCE.
