ROBERT AND HIS CREW WERE PROMPT AND VERY EAGER TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. THE PROCESS OF INSTALLATION WAS EXPLAINED AND OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. HE AND HIS CREW WERE CAREFUL IN CUTTING INTO DRYWALL WHERE NEEDED AND DILIGENT IN CLEANING UP THE AREA WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.

THEY TRIED TO REPAIR THE FAN, BUT HAD TO REPLACE IT. I HAD TO PAY FOR THE TIME THEY SPENT RESEARCHING THE POSSIBILITY OF REPAIRING THE ORIGINAL FAN. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET A NEW FAN THAT FIT THE OPENING.
