What can we say, Ernie and Cory rock! We live in an Estridge house we built in 2001. It was time to re-do the flooring in the upper level of our home (it was carpeted, the main level is hard floor). Ernie not only found us a great deal on the flooring, but was also meticulous in the installation. He and his son, Cory, seem to be able to do just about anything! They remodeled our master bath a couple of years ago (tile job on floor, shower, backsplash was AWESOME and now they have just outdone themselves. The complete flooring project included hardwood floors in 4 bedrooms, 4 closets and the hallway. As for the stairs, they custom cut and installed an oak staircase. BEAUTIFUL!!! They are very comfortable to work with and are straight shooters. We have left them open access to our home with zero worry.

Ernie from Total Home Maintenance is wonderful. He is very fair. He is thorough and does even more work then you think he is going to do. He works with you on the prices and does a great job with everything.

They are incredible. These guys can do anything. It's like a one-stop shop with anything in the remodeling field. I could not be happier about this company. They do so much more for you that other companies will not do for you. Things that other companies would charge you for, they do not. They are very thoughtful with everything they do. I wish these guys could get more work for themselves. You can give these guys a key to your house and not worry about a thing. They are eventually going to tile the floor and walls of our laundry room. A couple of our neighbors have used them, and they were just excited as we are about them.

They were very competent and gave good advice and suggestions. They were very creative and came up with good ideas. They were good to work with.
