EXCELLENT! TOM IS A SEASONED PROFESSIONAL WHO IS METICULOUS IN HIS ATTENTION TO QUALITY. THE PERGO FLOORING HE WAS REPLACING WAS NO LONGER BEING MANUFACTURED, SO HE CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND GOT THEM TO SEND HIM A COUPLE OF BOXES THAT WERE BACK IN A WAREHOUSE. HE DID EXCELLENT WORK, AND IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY!
