He came over and fixed it so it is going fast now and he got rid of all of the weird things on it. He did a real good job, considering I am not real computer literate to explain everything to me.

My computer failed to turn back on after a bad lightning storm. I run a small business and the computer contains all my files. I called The Computer Shop in a panic as I had a huge project deadline that week. I took the computer in and in a few hours they called with a diagnosis. The computer could not be repaired, but they were able to retrieve all my data so I could transfer it to an old computer. They were extremely understanding and helpful during this extremely stressful time. They then build a new computer for me. My biggest request was that the computer look exactly the same when I turned it on as the old one and it does. Their price was better then buying a computer from an electronics store and then I would have wasted hours transferring data and setting up the new machine.
