Wow! What can I say. I called John this past Saturday, in the midst of the heavy wind conditions that had bent/warped my gutters on my 2nd story house. He arrived at my house within 45 minutes to look at it. He gave me a very fair and reasonable quote to fix the issue. By Tuesday afternoon, all work was completed for the price quoted! He even replaced an elbow joint at the bottom of one of the down spouts, that I sprang on him the day he arrivedto do the work! I'll be calling on John for any future gutter service/replacement.

Tech Exteriors performed soffit repair, full gutter replacement and a shed roof replacement for us. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Communication with the owner and the scheduler was awesome. The work was performed very well in a timely and efficient manner at a great price. The whole process with this company was highly satisfactory. I definitely recommend Tech Exteriors and will be calling them for any other projects that are in their area of expertise!

John did a great job- so glad I found his information. First of all he called within 5 minutes of me clicking request a quote! He came out and gave me an estimate then I scheduled with Pam. John took a siding sample to get the repaired areas matched. He repaired some shingles on my roof and fixed an area of my gutters that were loose. He cleaned the area before he left and even checked to make sure there were no nails that my dog might step on. It looks great! He is a one man show and booked out a few weeks but I was not in a huge hurry for the work to be done. I will certainly call him if I need this type of work done again.

Found the listing on Angie's List and sent a quote request...I was still poking around Angie's List when he called 20 minutes later and asked if he could come out and give a quote that night! Man, now that's speedy service! Since the job was quite small, he worked me in to his schedule and work was done within a week! Cleaned up everything spic and span and even stuff left over from other contractors who tore out a downspout! He also went above and beyond by also putting up a weathervain on top of my garage that I had ordered. Would definitely hire again as can't beat the service and quality of work seems to be just fine (especially as it's rained all week).

Excellent service. Work went quickly, but efficiently. Cleaned up afterward, no evidence left behind that workers had been there, except for much nicer looking gutters!

Price for work included installing owner supplied vinyl soffit and was still lower than two other contractors for just the metal and gutter work. Job was expected to take one week but took two weeks due to sleet and high winds. There was some wall vinyl repair needed which was outside the scope of the original estimate. This work was performed at no additional charge, Crew communicated reasonably well when there would be weather delays. I had another construction professional inspect the work prior to issuing final payment and was given a two thumbs up.
