They came out to do an AC tuneup. They called 30 minutes ahead and arrived on time during the promised window. Farrah was awesome. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have had an annual maintenance contract for over 10 years. They always do a great job.

While in the middle of our home move, I had to contact Summers to see if a technician could come out and disconnect our gas dryer flex pipe nut from the main gas line / valve. I had packed my pipe wrench and could not loosen the nut for the life of me. I called Summers as a last resort. We have been long time customers. As usual, their customer support was fantastic and helpful. The person I spoke with was able to put in a request dispatch for a plumber but could not guarantee an arrival time. Not ten minutes later, another Summers customer support representative called me to let me know that a plumber was on the way. Chris Hess arrived and immediately knew what to do. I asked if I could watch how he loosened the gas line nut so that I could learn what to do and how to do it if I was in this position again. He was professional and informative. Thank you to Summers Customer Support and Chris for helping us out with a situation that was time sensitive. My wife and I appreciate it.

I'm not going to ding them for the fact that you have to pay $99 just to have a plumber grace you with their presence, mostly due to the fact that's normal for most companies. However, I will give them a one-star for their completely unprofessional customer service. I called and set an appointment last week and was told it would be today between Noon and 2 pm. By 3 pm when no one had showed up, I called to find out when they would be here assuming that the professional had been busy and would be here late. The guy on the phone claimed that no time was given to me and they could be here at any time in the afternoon. I explained that I was given a time and that I can't just wait around all day for the plumber to show up, and that I'd like a time. After he didn't give me a time and reiterated, rudely, that the plumber would be there in the afternoon, I let him know I'd go somewhere else. After talking with yet another person on their team, they made it clear they don't care about the inconvenience this has caused or the attitude of their team member. I'm sure the professionals who are doing the work at people's houses are great, but their customer service team is absolute garbage. If you want to avoid the hassle of a company that doesn't give a **** about you, go somewhere else.

Amazing! From start to finish everything was top notch. Called in the morning and they were able to come out within a couple hours. Josh was my tech and he went above and beyond to make sure my children and I wouldn’t have to go another day without heat! Josh was also very informative and educated me as well on things to be prepared for in the near future. I can’t thank Josh and Summers for their excellent service and their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I’ll definitely recommend and use summers for all my heating and plumbing needs!!!

very professional/friendly. broke a water pipe while installing the furnace, water sprewed all over garage, cleaned it up and brought in heavy duty fan to dry out. Replaced pipe and added shut off valve in a better spot for easier access.

6 months the valve stopped working. I took it out to look at it, and it was the same old valve that they said they replaced and charged me $300 for. I ended up replacing with a new valve I purchased for $30.00 off of Amazon, and never received a refund from Summers after calling twice.

Requested a quote on Angie's List and they responded quickly. The came on site and provided a quote that was two time the quote from the competition.

OVERALL: Summer was fantastic to work with in every way. Richard, the plumber, was incredibly professional, respectful, and enjoyable to work with. He gave us a written estimate in advance (including how long the job would take), gave us honest advice about what work needed to be done and could wait, did a very thorough job, and finished the project in the amount of time he estimated. WORK DETAILS: The home we recently purchased was built in the 1800's and the plumbing previously installed was a jumbled mess of 1000ft of mostly galvanized pipe that was clogged, very dirty, and badly in need of replacement. This was an urgent job for us because we moved into this house and only then realized that we basically did not have access to consistent or clean water flow in the house. We were able to schedule Summer to come do this large job with only a few days wait. In one day, Richard removed all the old plumbing, installed a much more efficient and updated 200ft of piping (sorry, I don't remember the name of the material), installed a new garbage disposal under the sink complete with dishwasher lines, and installed new clothes washer lines. After he double checking his work, Richard then walked my partner and I through all his work so we could understand what he did and see the results for ourselves. It was great to work with someone who was so transparent, educational, and professional. This work did not include creating electrical connections for the clothing washer and dryer or the disposal, but we knew this in advance and were able to schedule an electrician to come out shortly after Summer finished this work. ADDITIONAL NOTES: As a ***** couple, I was very grateful that Richard was incredibly respectful and professional with us. As a femme person (and someone with disabilities), I often find that men in home repair fields can be very sexist with me implicitly, whereas Richard was both educational and respectful, not at all condescending. He was also very kind with our dogs, which was lovely. Because this was such a major and urgent job, cost was also obviously a factor and Summer gave us a very reasonable quote that included labor and parts and they stuck to that. I cannot more highly recommend Summer and their plumber, Richard, to do plumbing work in your space! We definitely plan to have them come back out for future plumbing (and likely other) work.

We have a very old toilet and he could not fix it. That being said, he was super honest and very professional. even told us to buy a toilet from menards and they would install it vs buying from them.

Was on time. Very professional. He drained the heater, but I'm not certain he got all the sediment out since he followed different procedures than what I have seen on UTube.

They did a great job getting to the work and getting it done. I felt the price was high.

I was incredibly impressed from A to Z and he ended the visit with saving me money on the repair and service trip! I ultimately signed up for the annual service agreement as well!
