Steve was very through in his investigation. After spending a couple of hours without finding anything wrong, he was not charging for his time. Even though the problem GFI outlet was probably not old enough to be defective, I requested that it be changed on the chance it was bad or weak.
If the problem continues, he will refund my money.
I would certainly call Steve again for electrical service.

The process was painless. We were thrilled that we did not even need to replace breakers, let alone the entire panel.

The electrician was quick to get there; he found and repaired a few items. I was not there. He did not inspect the exterior connection to the meter as he would have noticed that the rubber boot on the roof was missing. The house is still vacant as of this report so I do not know if there are electrical issues that were not addressed. I cannot recommend or advise against using this contractor. So far the only issue was the missed rubber boot that is a leaking hazard and not an electrical issue. I think that he should have let me know about it. He seemed nice and knowledgeable to me.

His prices are reasonable and he is competent. He offers a lot of suggestions on how to do things. He travels a long distance to get to me even if I just have one small repair.

STEVE WORKS HARD AND IS HONEST ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED AND DON'T NEED. SEEMS TO REALLY KNOW HIS BUSINESS WELL. WE FELT LIKE WE GOT A LOT OF NEEDED WORK DONE FOR A FAIR PRICE. WILL ALWAYS CALL HIM IN THE FUTURE.
