Not as planned.....Unfortunately not every job goes as planned because you are held hostage to previous installers, especially when it comes to plumbing. Although this company ran into some issues when installing our new water main line from street to house, they maintained 100% focus on the customer, on the job and on the end goal. I don't remember a contractor ever going over and above as this company did...they made sure that, even though though there were several unexpected issues, we were never out of their focus on making sure we were taken care of and not hindered by the delays in finalizing. This is the plumbing company you want to handle any and all of your plumbing needs...very professional and accommodating to your needs as well as doing an excellent job.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Had another company come out and their camera, according to them, "was hitting an obstruction" and they recommended a total sewer line replacement for $11,000. I called Seriously 24-7 for a second opinion and they were able to run the camera past the so called "obstruction" which ended up being a simple off-set and determined that the line DID NOT need repaired at all. They simply cleaned out the line and ultimately saved me nearly $11k ! So glad I called 24/7. They were extremely transparent, allowed me to watch them as they guided the camera, and explained everything in real time. I have used 24/7 twice since this incident and they are the first company I recommend any time a friend or colleague asks for a recommendation.

They ended up NOT inspecting drain because clog had cleared and appears to be flowing freely. They also could not find the clean out in front of house which has apparently been covered up by years of mulch. Plumber said it would cost $425 to use a camera to find the clean out through the roof stack! I opted not to spend that $425 since drain appears to be cleared now. I did get the tub strainer and shoe gasket replaced for $340! The work appears to be acceptable but the plumbers didn't bother to clean up the blue hard water deposits under the spout around the drain. I sent a picture to the company.

this is a fantastic company from start to finish very quick response. Dan Luke, technician came out and gave me options for repairing or replacing my water heater and sump pump. did not upsell, educated me. he was knowledgeable and professional. also took time to look over other plumbing and educate me on water softener I had and didnt know how to use. Installed everything in a day. will definitely use them again

The work was done quickly and well. The technicians were very courteous and professional. The work was a bit more expensive than I was expecting (around $3000), but that could just be because I haven't replaced those in over a decade, so this type of work might have gone up in price.

I’ve used Seriously 24-7 a few times for work around my house. I bought a home and they reroute the washer and dryer for me so that I wouldn’t have to go into the basement. They’ve also replaced my sump pump and water heater. They’re always punctual and professional. I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I was not sure at first since I hadn't heard about the company before, but had seen there vehicles around, so I figured why not try them. Started with something small but was quickly impressed so I went ahead and let them Re-Pipe everything. Great company that I would hire again if needed. Very professional and quick when I was in a pinch. Fair price and I was surprised that could get it all done the right was, so fast! Thanks again Jason!

T&p valve on water heater had to be replaced. Cost was $297.00. Service was good but I thought it was a bit expensive. It was however, a Saturday and the leak was bad enough that it could not have waited until Monday. Leak was filling a 5 gallon bucket every 2-3 hours. They were professional and prompt and I would hire them again but I would try to wait until a regular work day and hope it was a bit less expensive.
