Fantastically, I'm a young adult and had minimal experience with home ownership let alone a new construction. The agent, Mike, took me under his wing and explained everything to me on day one. I went home to think on the information and never received any annoying pressuring calls. Decided to build with Ryan for location, starting price, home styles plus I trusted the agent. The steps were simple and Mike was always looking out for the bottom line for me-- recommending certain upgrades and to avoid others. Example: I've got 2 dogs so he told me to save money and get laminate wood floors instead of hard wood--the girls would damage it too quickly. I like Mike so much I stop by on the weekends to visit! After contract signed, they started building the next day-no joke! We were riddled with bad weather first winter then rains, but that team was out there everyday they could be. Matt, the builder, sent pictures giving updates on the house. He helped address any questions I had about construction- -which was a lot. Matt is a detail oriented guy and it shows in the final product. As with any new construction, we had some problems. The wrong siding was put on- I noticed on Saturday and emailed Matt and the house was completely resided by that Friday! An incorrect tile strip was put in again noticed on the weekend and with a 3rd party involved there were plans to correct by Tuesday. I closed yesterday and I have never been so pleased. The internet is loaded with poor representations of Ryan Homes and I can not speak for them all, but the Branches Team is outstanding. They are honest, driven, people pleasing guys and I'd be lucky to build with them again. A final note: Mike and Matt are so devoted to their customer's happiness that when I messed up a change order they worked with me to set it right. Most corporate groups would have said left me out to dry, but this team helped implement a solution that satisfied all parties. We are very happy with our new home.
