Pools of Fun Brownsburg

Great work and got pool ready for the summer swimming season.

These are my notes on the calls.
5/30 called and asked for service. Told it would take at 2 weeks to have someone available to look at heater.
6/12 Service tech arrived for first visit. Called office to find out what was found. I was told a part was ordered and they would call back on a quote for the broken part and a quote for light. Never received a call back.
6/16 I called the office and spoke with Susan. She stated she would research the status of the part that was ordered and would call back on quote for light. Never received a call back.
6/18 talked with Susan. No information on the part that was ordered. She did not have the information needed on the light and I give her the light information again. Never received a call back.
6/20 talked with Susan. No status on part. Stated they would call back with a quote. Never received a call back.
6/24 Called office and had they had no information. Promised to look into and would call back. Never received a call back.
6/26 Talked with Debbie who works in construction. She took all of the information and stated she would call back. Received call back. Can't fix light and gave a quote and date for heater fix of July 7.
7/10 Unsuccessful on fixing the heater and ordered another part for the heater. Was able to fix the pump and light.
7/18 called and asked for an update on part that was ordered. Stated they would get back with me.
7/21 Received a collection call. Stated we would pay for all services when completed.
7/21 notified that technician would be out the next day to install part
7/22 technician unable to fix the problem. Needed more parts. Called office and talked with Susan. She would try to get some info from technician.
7/25 technician unable to fix the problem. Needed more parts.
7/28 Received second collection call. Stated we would pay for all services when completed.
7/29 Talked with Brian. Stated he would look into it and get back with me tomorrow. He was too busy today because he had meetings.

They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They remember you when you come back there. They actually know you by name, and they remember what kind of pool and equipment you have.

They are poor. They blamed the manufacturer of the liner, which doesn't help me out any. I think they should be helping the customer when they are making their recommendations. Now, I am out a liner. I buy their chemicals because they say that they can't guarantee my pool if I don't buy their chemicals, which is quite expensive. I keep having problems with the liner and it could be that I keep ordering the same liner, but I just kind of go with their recommendations. The quality of their work is a "D". They quality of their chemicals is a "B". The liner company told me that I have too much chlorine in the pool and that is the problem. I will continue to use them because I have a Pools of Fun pool, if I had a choice then I wouldn't use them.

This company was great to work with. Mike, the project manager, was very helpful and responsive. The work has to be finished in the Spring but so far everything is okay.

We were able to enjoy our pool for most of the summer thanks to their work.

Pools of Fun provided a great proposal and quote for an in ground pool. During the process, we realized that we would need to be granted a zoning variance from the city in order to install it where it would work best in our backyard. He and his team were great. They researched the requirements of the hearing; sent certified letters to our neighbors, created in yard signage specific to our hearing date, submitted all paperwork to the city. In the end, we were granted the variance. We did not have Pools of Fun install our pool, because the pool we wanted was not available through Pools of Fun. However, Rick Kendall's professionalism and attentiveness prompted me to write this review. I highly recommend this company.

They build a great pool, but after the pool is in the ground they are not real responsive to your needs. It's like once they get your money they are gone. We've gone with other companies to service our pool.

Pools of Fun was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The salesman we worked with did an excellent job of helping to design the pool and choosing from the available options. The Project Manager promised to call us every day and he did just that. They kept on schedule throughout the whole process. The quality of the finished product is excellent, and they took care of all our concerns.

Pools of fun made our first time pool installation a less stressful experience then anticipated. Putting n a pool is a major project. Expect to have your yard a mess for a while, but once it is finished it is well worth a few weeks of inconvenience.
