"Thank you for taking a few minutes to send in a review. Enjoyed working on your project and look forward to working with you in the future."
"Glad we could help out in the repairs of the customers bedframe. Thank you for sending in a nice review."
"It was nice to work on such an interesting cedar chest. Had to do a little research on the style and structure of the legs and that made this piece a little different. Glad we could bring refinish this piece back to the point where the customer could enjoy it again."
"Thank you for sending in a nice review. We appreciate your flexibility and glad that your project was completed to your satisfaction."
"I'm glad that we were able to complete the repairs needed on your furniture in a timely fashion. This project was given rush priority over projects already in the shop, so I had to charge a small "rush fee" for the quick turnaround. I'm glad that everything turned out OK with this interesting furniture."
"Thank you for the nice review. Glad we could help with your project."
There were some issues with punctuality. Originally on signing the contract we were told approximately 8 weeks for construction and delivery, and as 8 weeks came we were told Craig hadn't even begun the project except for the legs of the table. We were also told that per the contract, the table had until the beginning of September for completion, which was approximately a month away at the time. The beginning of September came and went, and because of some scheduling issues and what was evidently overbooking, Craig had not completed the project, but was close. The weather exasperated the problem because of the need to allow the stain to set correctly. In the end, Craig was 20 days late according to the contract, and nearly two months late compared to the original expectations we were given. Craig was always professional and polite.
The end product is very nice, however, and shows the efforts of a true craftsman. The price was quite reasonable compared to similar products available from outlets like 'Geek Chic', which have a wait-list of more than one year. Overall my wife and I are quite pleased and would definitely use Paradigm Furniture Studio again, and I would recommend Craig to friends and family if they had a similar need.
"Thank you for taking the time to send in a review. The complexity of this game table added to the delayed delivery of the final project. Juggling several projects at once also contributed to the delay. We are sorry about the delay in the delivery of the game table. We are happy that you are enjoying the final product and the way it turned out. We appreciate your patience and hope that you will consider doing another custom furniture project in the future."
Craig did a wonderful job. We can't find the fixed split area, the table looks brand new. The cost was minimal compared to the work, and what I would have had to pay for a new table in hard maple that would easily seat 12, and could cram in a couple more.
If you want great work, call Paradigm. I'd give him AAA if were available.
"Thank you for the very kind review, Your continued patience during the process of solving the finish issue was also greatly appreciated. Glad you are happy with the final result of the work that we did on your table,"
"Thank you for the nice review. It was a pleasure doing business with you."
"The repairs for this customers Hoosier cabinet were pretty straight forward and worked out well once we started with new hinges and could repair the other damage. I hope my suggestions for her gutter issues were helpful as well."
"Working on couch legs can sometimes be problematic. After looking things over, I came up with a strategy to complete the repairs and we moved forward. Upon my return with the completed work, I made sure to bring a treat for such a nice dog!!"
"Glad we were able to get the dresser drawer repaired to the customers satisfaction. Nice to know that it is still holding up to the wear and tear of a little kid using every day."
"We are glad that the customer was happy with the final outcome of the veneer repairs on her antique dresser drawers."
"We are glad that the customer was satisfied with the completed work. In the future, we will try to clarify some of the issues in the wording of the Big Deal offers."
"The telephone stand was an interesting project because it had to be taken apart first to repair the top and base sections. After regluing both flat surfaces, it was reassembled. Then the finish work was completed and the final piece came out very nice. I'm glad that the customers will now be able to put the antique telephone stand to good use in their home."
