 + -1 moreI reserved the trailer online about 3 days before the day we needed it. On the day I picked it up, it was ready to go and they had my paperwork ready for me. They were INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. My husband could not be there to help me (he was the one that knows the vehicle we were using to tow it) but the gentleman that was behind the counter was so nice and very kind enough to take the time to help me look for the electric panel and how to hook up the lights so we would be legal to drive it. He was also very helpful in helping me hook up the trailer to my vehicle and I felt comfortable that it was on securely. The young lady behind the counter was very prompt and efficient with the paperwork and was friendly. They both seemed to enjoy their work. They were also very clear on the areas we were supposed to drop off the trailer after we were done as well as any limitations. All in all, it was a great experience and I would use them again.
Description of Work: They rented a U-haul trailer to me.
