Mike came out of the box strong, returned calls was on the ball, on top of the project. About 3 months into the job, he was not on site to manage, mistakes began to happen, unresponsive, did not return our phone calls. The quality suffered. We had to be the quality control. He did not hold his subs accountable. Was not always truthful. In the end, he will not return any phone calls. The work is unfinished and he has not been back to finish. Has not paid his subs even though we paid him and it is his responsibility to pay the subs he uses.

MR. GEIS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE INFORMED OF DELAYS IMMEDIATELY. NEVER A DAY WITHOUT WORKERS. PROJECT DELIVERED ON TIME. COULDN''T IMAGINE WORKING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!
