We were very leary and scared to hire out someone else. Mike Altman personally sat down with us on a Sunday right after church in our half built dream home and went over exactly what needed to happen to get it finished and finished right! We had to finish the home out of our own pockets and he was very open to ideas we had to ease the financial blow and to ease our fears. He had his crew out at our house working before we had even finalized the contract, this literally had tears in our eyes. He and his site supervisor Tony were on top of everything! If we had a question or needed anything they were available and happy to help. We were so pleased to see how great of work they had done for us. Even now that the house is finished if we have any questions, they will still gladly answer them! It was very refreshing to have someone come in and get the job done and done right.

Excellent quality of work. All associates were knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the building process. Mike and his team went above and beyond in helping us get this house completed. This is the 4th house we've built and it is, without a doubt, the best workmanship we've had from any builder. It is also the first one that came in on schedule! I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his team to anyone.

They were excellent. Tremendous attention to details. They were responsive, respectful and responsible. Not only were they organized and efficient, but any problem resolution was already noticed and started before I even made the call. Follow up has been excellent, as well. I and other members of my family have built homes before, none had the pleasant experience like we did. Mike and his employees took the fear and stress out of custom building a new home. I plan to die while living in our dream home, but if I had to build again, Mike would be the man doing it. One more thing with regard to the value of his work, our home appraised for about 88% more than what we paid to build it.
