Fine just not the equality of cut I am use to

There was a bit of a scheduling mixup, but ultimately they were able to make my wife happy. She enjoyed her time there and the service and attention she received.

Took 2 hours for a pedicure. Taken back and left to wait... minutes later was asked who I was and was told they thought I was a no show. My pedi was stopped so the girl could start 2 more. The receptionist could not get the gift certificate to go through and did not know what to do - found out numbers had been transposed on the gift cert... money left on gift card and once again, she did not know how to handle it.

Expensive. They have gone through so many stylist something is wrong there. Other things I won't bring up.

I will have to say the price was reasonable for the service I received (root color). But overall I was not impressed with this salon and will not be going back.

I have only been there twice, my daughter referred me to them, she also goes there. She always asks me how I want it done, she listens to the way I want it, and she'll always say, and quot;Do you like the way it looks? Do you want it a little bit more cut off here?and quot; She is very interested in having it the way you want it.

My daughter referred me, but I'll tell you, they have something a little unique, they want referrals and so they have a no-tipping policy. They say and quot;We want you to refer people to us, we don't accept tipsand quot; so, I like that. I really like that.

When my daughter referred me, I had an email sent to me, and I could bring the email to them and basically get $25 off my first service, my haircut cost ten dollars that first time.

They are an Aveda salon, but they are not, at least my hairdresser is not a hard seller as far as products are concerned. And I appreciate that also.

This place was big on service considering the very reasonable price for the haircut. Aveda salon, so you get the full treatment - head massaged, shampoo, condition etc all with Aveda products, which I love. Also, as a first-time customer, I was given a card for discounts on all the other services offered. I'm looking forward to going back!

Their service is fantastic. It is a little pricey, but it is worth the cost and they do not accept tips.

Excellent massage. Highly skilled therapist. A bit chatty but very friendly and professional.

It was great. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy.

I like that they are close to my home and their prices are reasonable. They don't charge gratuities so I don't have to tip.
