Our A/C was inoperable during a hot streak. Steve presented us with options, explaining the pros and cons of each. At no point did he pressure us for full system replacement. His price was fair, and his repairs were prompt.
Steve has, over the years, done several jobs for us. Our HVAC is 18 yrs old, and he has done a wonderful job of keeping the system running well ... at a minimum of expense. He is always responsive; even coming on weekends if he is available.
