Tony is the best realtor I've used. He responds to all calls and emails extremely quickly. He knows the market and provides great guidance. Honest, professional and intelligent.

Tony is very easy to work with and is extremely knowledgable about the ins and outs of buying a home. He helped us narrow down our choices and provided objective input to help us in the decision of which house to buy. He provided great insights to specific properties and neighborhoods that we would not have known had he not shared his wisdom. We were purchasing a foreclosure, which is a bit of a different process than a regular buyer to seller transaction.  Tony knew all of the answers to our questions and walked us through the 3 month process from our offer to final closing. He put our minds at ease many times when purchasing a bank owned property.
We would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, highly competent Realtor.  We were very impressed with him and would use him again if we need an agent in the future.
We listed $0.00 as the service cost  because we don't remember what it was I was. We think that is was the same percentage as the other agent we interviewed which seemed to be industry standard.

Tony was recommended to  us by my sister who used his service a few months earlier. She was so pleased with the service he provided, that as soon as she heard us talk about buying a home, she forwarded his number to us. When we met Tony for the first time, we knew that he was our guy. He was very professional, even though we had tons of questions and concerns since this was our first attempt at buying a home and we were also fairly new to the state of Indiana as well. 
The process of getting this home was a tough one and we saw a lot of road blocks along the way, but Tony took good care of us and helped us through every one of them. 
We have remained in contact with Tony over the years since buying our home, and will definitely be using him again if we ever have to buy or sell any home. We highly recommend him. 
We did not have to pay him out of our pocket for aiding us in buying our home, his commission was paid through the sale of the house by the seller.

Tony was absolutely wonderful, he and his team did a great job of marketing our home. Tony came in, took a tour of the house and gave us some helpful suggestions in how to stage our home to bring the best features to light. He explained where to best spend our money updating to get the best response from the potential buyers and let us know where we needed to spruce things up. Tony put our house in the MLS system and all of the local and internet sites to generate showings. After just 3 months we had an accepted offer.

Our old home looked brand new after Integrity Real Estate staged it for photos and showings.  The entire process was quick and simple.  We put our trust in them to do what was best, which paid off with the results.

Building a new home was new to my wife and I.  We are indecisive so it was really nice to have Integrity join us the day we picked out cabinets, carpet, etc.  We are extremely pleased with our home thanks to Integrity.  

During the final walk through, my wife and I were so enthused to have a new home that we failed to really inspect the home to make sure everything was done correctly.  Thankfully, Integrity was there with us and caught several items that needed fixed before we moved in.

We don't plan to move anytime soon, but if we do, we will certainly use Integrity and would definitely refer them to family, friends or anyone else looking to move or build a new home.
