I called on a Friday and Gary was out Monday morning. He used parts that could be reused and purchased others as needed. The project took a couple of hours to complete. He explained why the rods and shelves fell and what he could do to brace them so they wouldn't fall again. The work was completed and I am satisfied that my belongings are securely stored in my closet again.
I thought the cost was very reasonable. This was an easy project for him but I couldn't have done it myself so I am happy.
