EXPERIENCED SINCE 2009. Dryer Vent Service is our ONLY BUSINESS and ENTIRE FOCUS, NOT a sideline or secondary business. We are locally owned and operated with on-going dryer vent training including exclusive ELITE CERTIFIED TECH training. We do all that is necessary (cleaning, repairing, re-routing, or new installations) to assure dryer vents are safe and efficient. We are dedicated to courtesy and care for the homeowner and the home, with promised and guarantee satisfaction. Dryer vent service begins with an important safety and efficiency inspection. The service begins only after the homeowner approves a written quotation. At the conclusion of the service, the documented dryer efficiency inspection assures that the dryer vent is clean to improve home safety and reduce dryer utility costs. "[Member Name Removed] M Nov 4-2018 Yelp Once again, I apologize that [Member Name Removed] is still so upset with us after all these months. When I started this service in 2009, the foundation was, and always has been, the best homeowner respect, care and workmanship that is possible. When the homeowner is not happy, we have not met our goals. We continue to strive to be the best there is, and have the highest Better Business Bureau rating and the annual Angie's List Super Service Awards. [Member Name Removed] prior to this incident trusted us to service her dryer vent in 2011 followed by 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017 with good results each time. The 2018 technician had been there on at least two of these previous appointments. This time the technician was late, and had called [Member Name Removed] prior to the scheduled time to let her know that a prior appointment had taken more time than normal, so he would hurry to be there soon as possible. After a normal cordial greeting, the technician was part way through the service, when he was embarrassed to ask to use the bathroom, and [Member Name Removed] agreed and told him which door was the bathroom. With the embarrassment, he was even more careful to not soil and even avoided using the clean WHITE towel. Before he emerged, [Member Name Removed]. M was extremely upset, and told him to leave immediately. He was very surprised, apologized, and explained that he had not completed the service. However, he was not permitted to finish the service. I did talk with [Member Name Removed] and did credit her for her $200 bathroom cleaning bill, because she had been a valuable repeat customer. I have not researched the subsequent court case again; however, as I recall the court required me to also pay for a new $75 toilet seat, which I did. The person [Member Name Removed] called in, to finish the service that we were not permitted to complete, was originally hired, trained, hired a second time, and supported by Dryer Vent Wizard. Subsequently, after all the support, he resigned in writing rather than in person, and now tries to compete against us. Personally, and as a representative of my company, I am sorry that we caused her to be so mad at us. In more than nine years of service, we never experienced a situation similar to this, and our Elite Certified Technicians will continue to avoid bathrooms if at all possible. Glen Mayfield"
