Vacuum Cleaners
I knew I wanted to buy a top of the line model as they are so much better than what can be purchased in a store. The sales man was very knowledgeable and took my old model as a trade in and gave me a comparable model (but more recent). I can even use the same bags.

I had pretty much decided to purchase a Simplicity vacuum. The sales person was able to explain everything about the vacuums and helped me choose one in my price range. I'm pleased with my purchase.
