Vacuum Cleaners
I dropped the vacuum off, and as it turned out, a different cord needed to be ordered. He called me promptly on my cell phone, when he realized that. He called me when the vacuum was ready a few days later. I was running late to pick it up one evening and it was approaching store closing time, I called the store, and the gentleman was more than happy to wait on me to get there a few minutes passed 6pm when they were to close. I appreciated the great service, and kindness of the man working there. (Ron, I think?) And I didn't feel ripped off, as it wasn't too complicated of a fix, but he was willing to do for me at no extra charge beyond the price of the new cord. THANKS! :)
