We collected the sample ourself with a bottle and specific step by step instructions. Both the bottle and instructions were provided by Delta Water. Delivered the sample to them within 24 hours of collection. Paid $25 for test and additional $5 for one day turn around. Price is extremely comparable to other labs in the area. Had results within 24 hours. They e-mailed the results to us. I called to discuss results with them and each time I had a conversation with someone in their office they each handled my questions in a very professional manner. They were more than happy to help. Will use them in the future and will refer anyone we know to them.
