They dried the complete lower level of the house out after the flooding. That's really all they did was extracting the water. I think that they did a good job. I think they charged for things that they didn't do. They charged for fans that weren't there, that weren't on. No one was there a couple of times to see if the equipment was running and yet they charged the insurance company as if it was. When we would come in there were lots of fans that weren't working at all. I wish they would have followed up with it more. The 2 things that were my complaints were charging for things that weren't there and knowing that it wasn't running no one came out to look at it. You can't charge people for something that's not really happening.
