Flooring
They never showed up when they said they were going to. They didn't even own a broom or vacuum to clean up before the flooring was installed, so the floor was installed over a dirty floor. Now we have cracks and breaks and the wax was not applied properly. They installed a new subfloor (which cost extra), but didn't bother to clean up before installing. The floor settled, and now I have multiple broken tiles. This is a new floor, it shouldn't be breaking. They never return phone calls. We sent a certified letter giving them a chance, they made appointments before and after the letter was sent and never showed up. We finally sent a letter from our attorney and they finally called back. They said they would get things taken care of and have not done anything since.
