They did a fabulous job. I sold the condo empty since I needed to move to New York for my job during the period it was on the market . They were able to check on the property for me while I was away working in New York. I knew the condo was in good hands. They really worked hard from beginning to end marketing to get the condo sold (especially in the terrible winter we had). They handled a lot of things since I was not in state to close. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell property in the Indianapolis area. They went above and beyond their duties.

We were very thrilled with the experience and it only took about 6 weeks to sell our house. During this time Cathy did an awesome job of explaining options as well as giving a professional opinion. We had some issues come up on the home inspection that caused us to wonder if we'd be able to close on the house. Again, Cathy talked to us about the inspection report and helped guide us through on making the correct decisions in getting everything fixed. We ended up closing on the house on schedule with no delays. I would absolutely recommend Cathy Burris to anyone I know and couldn't have asked for a smoother selling process.
As for the buying process, again, couldn't ask for a better experience. As mentioned above, she was patient and worked with the feedback we gave her. Once we found the house we wanted she worked quickly and after hours to with us to get an offer accepted with the sellers.
After hearing of horror stories from other people and their experiences with selling and buying a house, I thought this was going to be a difficult process. Between Cathy and our mortgage broker (INT Home Loans), this could not have been a smoother process.

Beth Adams, the Brownsburg Office Manager, did a wonderful job. She was patient, knowledgeable and very accommodating with our schedule-especially considering the distance she had to travel. (We were looking in the Carmel area and she works out of Brownsburg.) So why did we select an agent who worked so far away when other agents were available much closer?
