C & M LAWN CARE

I hired C&M to clean the landscaping, edge, and to put mulch down, as well as weekly lawn cutting services.  My call was promptly returned and the estimate was on my door within 24 hours.  I was so impressed w/ their responsiveness I hired them on the spot. 

The landscaping looks terrific.  I came home after it had been completed and they had done such a great job there was not a blade of grass out of place or a piece of landscape mulch anywhere other than where it should be. 

They also do my weekly lawn cutting and do a great job.  Always dependable and the grass looks fantastic.

I highly recommend them.

 

They do so much extra for me as a neighbor. I've lost my husband and so they've taken over doing a lot of extra things for me.

We have used them for about 2 years now. They do a great job and we are pretty happy with them. We do usually have to remind them to trim and cut the yard around the fence.

C&M IS THE BEST IN ITS CLASS. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL MAJOR COMPANIES AND SERVERAL SMALLER COMPANIES, AND THEY DO NOT COMPARE TO SERVICE I GET WITH C&M.

I came home from work one evening and just sat in my car and stared at my yard. Chris and his crew had been there during the day and all of the weeds were gone and there was beautiful fresh mulch in all the beds. The yard looked amazing.   He has since cleaned up the beds again for 2012 and mows my yard on an as need basis this year (drought hit it hard). I intend to have Chris and his crew clean the beds and add mulch again next year. I also intend to keep using him for my mowing service.  I have been extremely happy with the service he has provided.

It is great.  Our lawn looks much better than when my husband use to do it.  He comes and goes without any effort from me.  Our lawn is always mowed properly.  During the drought, he stopped all service (fertilization and mowing).  I was really happy with this - I thought I might have to call him and tell him to stop - but I did not.  He did what was best for my lawn.  I was happy that the drought was not too long and that he stayed in business.  We will definitely use him next year for both the mowing and fertilization.  We actually have asked him to do our mulching too next year.
When our lawn mower broke, our lawn was long.  We called him frist because he was doing our fertilizer, he came over that day (saturday) and cut our lawn

We hired the guy several times, so he did a good job.  We have a contract where we pay him $360 a year.  He has been prompt and easy to work with.  He wasn't expensive than anybody else.  We really didn't have any issues with him.

This was their 4th or 5th cutting this season. Our yard looks better than it has for a long time. We are not usually here when they come.

They are prompt, do a great job, do what they say they are going to do, and they do it in a timely manner. We have a great lawn and they take care of it.

I needed the lawn mowed.  I called and left a message and got a call right back.  the next day the lawn was cut.  It looked great so I decided to hire the company to take over the lawn care.  I was treated with respect and caring and the person listened to what i wanted done...  seemed to care about the property like they lived there.  I was very impressed. I would recommend them to others.

Selected the company based on reviews. Chris put us off for a couple of weeks for an estimate this was sometime in Early to mid May. He arrived pretty unexpectedly. He is a nice guy and we walked around the yard. I wanted landscaping, soil for the foundation (it had recessed)and lawn treatment. I still do not have the soil, but I never paid for it. So that is a good thing. He came to do the flower beds in late June. He did a lawn treatment in July. There were a few streaks in the yard after the treatment, but they went away in aces weeks and it was confined to a small area. The flower beds looked pretty good and much better than they looked before. My bill for services came a few weeks later (still no soil). It was put on my door under a completely wrong name not even close. I emailed him and told him no thank you for future services. I hold no grudges it just did not work out as I anticipated. I have hired landscapers before with a different outcome, so my expectations were higher. If you have the time to keep after him and call to follow up, then maybe it will be different. I do not have the time to chase someone around.

Due to the heavy rains in the spring it was slower than expected to get service initiated. Once service was established it is sort of an auto pilot process.

They were prompt and did a good job.  They were relatively cheap, but meeting the owner in person has been challenging.  I like their services and will use the same in future.

See above, and with one final note. I had a repair man over, and as he walked on my lawn, he commented, "This is the thickest lawn I've ever walked on!" My outside looks beautiful! Thank you, Chris, Mark, and Michael! You're aces!

They did a great job, cleaned flower beds, trimmed all shrubs, mulched and cleaned up the mess when they finished. 

Found them on Angie's list.  Called for estimate and they responded promptly.  Very competitive price.  Fully satisfied with the entire experience.

All has gone well so far, but after only one application it is hard to say how good their quality is at this point. So far, I have been pleased with the response from the company and the price was comparable to another estimate we had received. We went with C and M as their treatment plan seems to be more comprehensive in treating weeds because they do more blanket applications than the other company suggested.

Chris called me out of the blue this year to tell me that he's in my neighborhood today and wanted to know if I still wanted him to do my lawn fertilization this year. Talk about awesome service! I love it when they call me to remind me. I've never met anyone so enthusiastic about lawn fertilization as Chris Landis. Last year he told me about how he loves to go up to Purdue University to take extension courses on lawn care and that fertilization is his thing. I've never met anyone who does lawns that gets this excited about it. He truly loves his work! He invested in some rather elaborate equipment to do his job and told me there are big differences in the products used to do fertilzation. He says many companies skimp on the ingredients and use the cheap stuff to get bigger profits. I guess you could say Chris is a purest when it comes to his craft. They don't come better than Chris Landis when it comes to lawn care!

I hired C&M Lawncare this Spring after receiving several estimates from nearby lawn care companies. Their pricing was the most reasonable of the four quotes that I received and I have been extremely pleased with their service. I live in a wooded area so my yard quickly becomes overrun by weeds and would-be trees if its untended to. They did an excellent job on the initial cleanup, and even trimmed the brush along the stairs leading down to our dock (not easy, since its a very steep stairway). They have come once a week since the initial cleanup and have delivered on their promise to keep my yard neat & tidy. Now that its Fall, I've added leaf removal to our service agreement. They've done a great job. Its nice to come home on Fridays to a neat and trimmed yard- a great way to start the weekend!
