Brownsburg Muffler and Service Center

They did not take advantage of me, they tend to be honest with their recommendations. They are within walking distance to my house, which is nice. They have been around for a long time, and have had the same manager for a while. It is very nice.

They are actually one of my clients am an automotive and they take care of all our tracks.They are top note. The job was just excellent. They cleaned scratches on my track. I have a forty two year old pickup. so many of these shops you take your car to it, say I think it's this but they going to do that, when you take it Brownsburg or my other mechanic, you go pick it up and your surprised, It wasn't bad at all and it didn't cost me what you thought it was.

I have been going there for 15 years. Its just been so long I just can't remember. I see no reason to ever change. They're really good people, honest and most of the time they do what they're supposed to. Ten years ago they used to forget some of the stuff. Their price is right. They're extremely helpful and they've gone out of their way to do stuff for me. I just can't say enough stuff about them. They help me and they're really good.

I've been using this vendor for years all ways good and reliable.

We use them two or three times a year. Their work is good. It's someone that we trust totally, to do what needs to be done and does not do what does not need to be done.

It is a pretty good deal.  They are very professional. The staff are friendly.  I was there in October last year. The cost was free.

I took my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 to them to have the muffler replaced.  They replaced the muffler in a timely manner and did an excellent job.

Did a full review of the problem.  Found nothing wrong.  There was no charge. My company uses Brownsburg muffler for our entire fleet of vans.  We use them at least once a month.  They are always timely and workable. My only negative comment is they do have difficulty interacting with women customers and could work on that.

Like every time i take a vehicle here, the service is done the right way.  This shop is so professional and has my undying trust.  They'll you when you DON"T need something you ask for and explain why.  They are not cheapest, but the value you get for what they provide each and every time you go in, is unparalled.

I've been going there for years. I go in, flip them a check, give them the keys and I tell them what they need to do and I walk away and they will do it for me. They know me and they know my vehicle. They are great and and really nice guys and I can't imagine using anybody else. I had an awesome experience with them. They are just great people, good, honest and inexpensive. I get my car work done and I can trust them and I know they're going to do a good job, they're going to get done and they're going to stand behind it. They have reasonable price. They are not one of these places that you can't trust. One time, they would be a little forgetful of some stuff but they will fix it. I trust them completely with my car. I tell them to do what needs to be done and I would go back for my car. They are fantastic, fun, cool and awesome.

Overall it went well.  We originally wanted the tires rotated, balanced, and aligned.  However, they were shot because of the struts and tie rods being bad.  So there were more repairs needed than we thought.  We dropped it off on before closing on Wed. and it was done before they closed on Thurs.  They were very quick.  We also had a tire fixed on another vehicle that had a nail in it.  They were very reasonably priced and quick.

I get good car service at Brownsburg Muffler and Repair Services Center. They're very professional and stand behind their work and they do very high quality work. They use good parts. They're very dependable. The price was reasonable, for what they did.

The overall experience is excellent and I would use them again.

They are good. I go there at a reasonable time and they get the work done quickly and efficiently. They are dependable and we trust their work. My son had a new tire put in his car and went back to St. Louis where he lives and to get another tire, it was almost as twice as much there.

They are very professional and do what they say they are going to do. They call if there is something else that needs to be discussed before they do the work. When I drop my car off they drive me to my office.
