Steve and his helper were very professional.  They responded to our initial  inquiry within 24 hours.  They came to do an estimate in a few days.  The estimate was right on target.  The window had to be ordered.  Once the window came in, they worked with us to schedule a time convenient for all to do the installation.  I would highly recommend them!

Steve was very prompt and professional with a reasonable estimate.  The replacement window was installed quickly and with minimal interruption.  Would use this company again.

We had to replace the windows, as there was moisture between the double panes of big windows and there were 5 regular windows which had the same problem. They came out and measured everything. They told us as to what they were going to do and they came when they said they would. They did a good job. I would use them again in the future, if needed.

Steve was extremely friendly and helpful. Our young son broke the glass in one of our windows and Steve came out that same day to fix it. We wanted to replace it with safety glass and he didn't have any in stock. Steve replaced the broken window with standard glass for no charge, so that it would be safer for our kids while he ordered the safety glass. He returned in a few days and did a professional and quick job putting in the safety glass. He left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived. He was a great pleasure to have around!

Steve is very friendly and professional. He did a meticulous job measuring the desks and making the glass tops. Delivery and setup was also good.

STEVE WAS AWESOME! I CALLED SEVERAL PLACES JUST GETTING PRICES, AND HE WAS SO NICE, TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND GAVE ME A PRICE THAT WAS A LOT LOWER THAN THE OTHER PRICES I HAD BEEN GIVEN! I HAD HIM DO THE PIECE OF GLASS FOR THE DESK TOP FIRST. IT TOOK HIM JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS TO CUT & FINISH IT. THEN HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS FINISHED, AND THAT HE WOULD DELIVER IT TO ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! I COULD ONLY BE HOME ON SUNDAY AND HE SAID THAT WASN'T A PROBLEM, SO HE DELIVERED IT THEN! AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY FOR THAT PIECE, I GAVE HIM THE FRAME AND EXPLAINED THAT I WANTED MIRROR IN IT. HE TOOK IT, AND AGAIN, JUST FEW DAYS LATER, CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS FINISHED AND HE WOULD DELIVER IT. THIS TIME, HE BROUGHT IT OVER ON SATURDAY. HE EVEN PUT SAFETY BACKING ON IT, SO IN CASE IT BREAKS, IT WON'T SHATTER! HE SAID HE REMEMBERED IT WOULD BE IN MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM. HE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED!!!

STEVE WAS GREAT. E SHOWED UP ABOUT 30 MIN. AFTER I CALLED HIM TO TAKE A LOOK AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HIS PRICE WAS 20 TO 50 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE POLITE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALSO HAD THE PRESENCE OF MIND TO CLEAN UP ALL PIECES OF SMALL GLASS UPON THEIR FIRST VISIT, SO OUR CHILDREN WOULD NOT GET THEIR HANDS ON ANY SHARDS.

THIS HOME HAS 5 CATS (INDOOR) AND MR. KIRK WAS EXTREMELY CAREFUL ABOUT CHANGING THE GLASS IN A MANOR RESPECTFUL OF THAT. HE AND HELPER WERE ON TIME, VERY NICE AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. APPRECIATED THAT THE WORK WAS DONE A.S.A.P. AS THIS WAS FOR AN INSPECTION REPORT.

STEVE WAS VERY THOROUGH ON THE INITIAL ESTIMATE WHEN ANOTHER GLASS COMPANY DID NOT WANT TO EVEN COME OUT. WHEN THEY DID FINALLY COME OUT, THEY SPENT ABOUT TEN MINUTES ON THE WINDOWS BEFORE GIVING ME AN ESTIMATE. STEVE'S ESTIMATE WAS HALF THAT OF THE OTHER COMPANY. AS FAR AS THE INSTALLATION, THE HOME BUYER MOVED THE CLOSING DATE UP A WEEK AND STEVE WAS STILL ABLE TO GET THE GLASS ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN TIME FOR THE CLOSING.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD, HIS WORK WAS GOOD AND HE HAS BEEN RESPONSIVE TO CORRECT SOME THINGS.
