Paid over $564 and still do not have a working wash machine. The company won't return my calls. The guy they sent smelled like alcohol and was a complete sxheister. I didn't want to pay for the repairs to begin with (better off buying a new machine) and he convinced me that this was "a guaranteed fix." He cashed the check before he even left our house (must have done it electronically). I'll be placing a complaint with BBB after this. Please note that Brownsburg repair is nothing more than an answering service that arranges service through any random repairman off the street. Had I realized this, I never would've called.
