In the end,the quality was fine. The weakest area was the daily communication with the supervisors. Supervisors needed to follow up on each phase of the construction site. Attention to detail was lacking from the supervisor. The subcontractors worked well. Some were excellent and some left messes for us to clean up at the end of the day. A typed schedule of dates of work would have been great to have but was not provided. Email was the primary communication mode rather than face-to-face or phone communication which on a project is much more helpful for purposeful communication.

He never showed up for that appointment. After calling him, he admitted that he had forgotten about the appointment. He asked if he could reschedule the appointment. I got back with him and he could not reschedule for ten days and I just felt like that was unacceptable because it was his mistake that the appointment was missed. I called him back and told him that something had come up and I will not be using his services.
