They essentially put in the filters, replaced the winter plugs and turned it on. In the past they cleaned it (they insist they don't do that unless we ask) When I called today to ask about this I was yelled at by not 1 but 2 different women because I kept asking what they were going to charge for this.
I was told I was rude
They never apologized that the service was not what I expected it to be
I was finally told we would be billed $250.00 for this - I was not told when I scheduled them to come that their prices had gone up (last year we paid $177)
