Appliance Repair
Not responsive to return phone calls regarding status of repairs and NOT heard from them in 4.5 months. Had to buy a new replacement unit while waiting. Would have appreciated info on what the status was or if there was a different problem between the manufacturer, and A & B Service regarding warranty repairs. Being not responsive at all was very unsatisfactory.

Appliance Repair
I went to them for warranty service for a Maytag dehumidifier on May 30th. We currently don't have it back yet. When I would call (three to four times) the last few times they would say that they don't know the status and they would call back. I still have not received a call back. In the mean time we had to buy a new dehumidifier. When I got there and dropped it off it was a farm (workshop) someone came out of the house when I pulled up and we went into the workshop and there was dehumidifier all over the place just like mine covered in dust. I received there name from a Maytag toll free number and they are one of two that will service the dehumidifier that I purchased in central Indiana.

"These are made in China & parts are usually on back order for months at a time & many units end up with multiple problems. Right now the compressor is on back order. Yes, we are somewhat out in the country & we are remodeling the front entry so there is dust at times."

Lawn Tool Repair
The first time they came out they were great and I was very thankful. He put in a new battery and two new blades. The second time he came out, I had him check on a leak in the fuel tank. He replaced the fuel tank without telling me first and he installed a few other things as well. Its still leaking so he did not really fix the problem and I have been trying to contact him to get him to come back out but he won't return my phone calls. The whole gallon and a half of gas has already leaked out.
