John Buxton is the owner and operator. You always talk to the guy who will do the work. He looks professional, his van and equipment look professional and he can perform miracles on rentals with carpet.

Excellent service, professional, friendly, punctual, and a pleaure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will return for future carpet cleaning.

Fantastic service, would reccommend to anyone (and have).  Greatest thing was my 3 year old daughter was so entertained by John she watched the whole process, and this from a little girl afraid of the vacuum!

I could not have been more pleased with the service, efficiency, professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail.  My carpets were pretty soiled and now they look great.  He took pains with every spot.  Excellent job.

Estimate was made within a couple days of the call.  Estimate was fair.  Carpets were very soiled and had a couple of bad stains - a red wine stain and a couple of rust stains from an old piano.  Work was scheduled to be performed a few days later.  Work was performed as scheduled, took about 4 hours and carpets look great!

They did an excellent job! I was really, really happy with their results. I particularly liked that the owner himself performed the work, and I will definitely hire him again.

John cleaned our badly soiled front room carpet to the point where it looks new. Our German Shephed in her old age developed incontinance problems and we were afraid that we were going to have to replace the carpet. John cleaned all of the stains and basically renewed our carpet. We only needed him to clean the one room but he went a head and cleaned a second room because as he said "he felt bad charging us a minimum fee for only the one room".  A while back we used another big name carpet cleaner and was very disappointed.  We will never stray away from Johns service again.

They were very good. They came when they said they were supposed to come. They got to work right away and got the work done. They charged us exactly what they quoted us, and the price was very reasonable. They were very responsive.

This is the only carpet cleaning service I call. John, the company owner, is always prompt and professional. We have two dogs who spend a lot of time in the house and it shows on the carpets. John spends plenty of time making sure that the end result is always excellent. The price is very reasonable too. A++

While sleeping in our waterbed we were awakened to water pouring over the sides of our bed. We were not sure what had happened and what caused the bed to leak and tried to control the flood but was unable to stop. When we finally got it stopped it was discovered that the drain tube under the mattress had slowly come unscrewed due to tucking in the sheets over the years. Our bedroom carpet was flooded and not sure what to do we contact 89 Clean for help. Mr. Buxton arrived first thing in the morning and had the knowledge along with all the equipment not only to extract the water from the carpet but blowers that he set up under the carpet to ensure no moisture was left. This process took several days and Mr. Buxton was timely and prompts in checking his equipment and moisture in our carpet. He even had a moisture tester to insure that all moisture was removed and we had no worries of any mold developing. He also was a one stop shop in managing the damage to the drywall in the basement below. When completed the carpet was put back in place and was very nicely cleaned. Mr. Buxton and (89 Clean Carpet Cleaning, Brownsburg, IN 317-892-5326, www.89clean.com) made what could have been a very big problem into a minor inconvenience with no long lasting issues.

Service said they could clean carpets and remove all stains and that is exactly what they did at the cost and day of service they promised prior to coming to house. We will have this service again, and have recommended to other family members, neighbors, and friends as well !!

We had our carpets cleaned . My wife and I have many pets and have our carpets cleaned by John every 6 months. He has always been on time, does a great job and cleans up after his work. We have been using John for about 2 years now and will continue. John takes special time on our 'animal' spots and always leaves us a bottle of spot cleaner for our future spots. One of these days we will get new carpet and John will be our cleaner.
