Instead of replacing the wood they put new wood over the old in some places making the wood uneven. On the entire roof they replaced approximately 6 pieces. House still leaks. Rotten wood still showing. Destroyed my gutters. Does not communicate well. Does not return phone calls. Makes promises they do not keep. Makes excuses as to why I don't have my roof. I cannot insure my home because it has no roof. They claim to be insuring it but will not give me that information in writing. They have been asked to give to me in writing a "new" finish date for this job. They faxed a letter saying 2 days after the metal roof arrives and gives no date as to when that will be. That leaves the contract in default with no promise date as to when my roof will be complete. They have not cleaned the yard at all and has left unsightly debris there for almost 3 weeks. Now they say they are reordering my roof. Since they have followed through with nothing they have promised, I doubt this as well.
