Instead of giving you a cookie cutter price over the phone, Ed came over for a free evaluation to see and also explain what the process of what was needing to be done. He was prompt each time he came over (for the free evaluation and also for the day of the job). He is a very hard worker and we both were able to see just what he was doing. He never took a break (which made me feel bad). I am sure that he cleaned out our air ducts and vents much better than the process of the others that I talked to. We had never had them cleaned in the 28 years we have lived here and they really needed it. I had thought about having it done before, but had heard stories of scam artists and that they wouldn't really be clean. But I can tell you I noticed the difference right away. My nose isn't running constantly like it has been and I have not had to dust my furniture yet since Friday and usually I have to dust about every day. Both my dryer vent and ducts were cleaned. He was extremely professional and explained what he was doing and why. It was obvious he was very experienced with this type of work. He was honest, prompt and courtious. I have two furnaces and was told the one didn't need to be cleaned. How many companies would be that honest? I plan to have him back next year to clean my dryer vent.
