"Thanks Michael & Sara for your comments. I am adding my comments so any homeowner that reads this review may understand the scope of work. This was a very challenging project / job to clean all of the air ducts due to complexity of the HVAC Water Furnace location behind the water softener and the hot water heater. There were (7) wall cavities for the return air. Half of the return air plenums were hidden above a finished ceiling in the basement. In order to upgrade the air filtration it required fabricating a custom build double stack filter frame 32"h x 25"w x 5"d with a separate support frame and an access panel for installing & changing the (2) 16x25x5 GeneralAire MERV 11 filters. The Evaporator Coil was 30% blocked with accumulated dust, bacteria and mold in the coil. This required special cleaning and treating with a foam cleaner to remove dust, bacteria & mold from this coil. A Diversitech UV Light was installed downstream of the Evaporator coil to kill bacteria & mold spores. Best Regards, Ed Derickson, owner"
