We found this supplier at the Lafayette Fairgrounds during a Home Show where he had a display. This appeared to be something we were looking for to provide safety railings on our decks. We took his literature and reviewed it, then made arrangements for Dean to come and provide an estimate. He arrived on time, reviewed the work and gave us a written estimate. He asked for some upfront money, and while this was not our normal practice due to difficulties we have had in the past, we did settle on a lesser amount than originally asked and we did provide it. The materials were custom-order, we had to wait until the material was available. This took about three weeks.
After the materials were received, we arranged for a mutually agreeable date to do the installation. He arrived on time with an assistant. The work took longer than originally planned because the area under the decking had to be reinforced so that the railing would be stable. So he was here for two long days (and didn't even stop for lunch!) He met all of our expectations and the railings look great! They also provide the safety we required.
