Central Indiana Painting

The guy that came out to quote was extremely professional and friendly.  We agreed to work together & after I signed a contract and gave him a down payment they started priming the entire home soon after.  The primer looked just fine.
Then they had a crew come out and spray the ceilings white.  I instructed the owner to make sure his crew sanded the rough spots prior to putting the top coat on the ceilings.  He said they would and not to worry.  They did not sand anything.  After they were completed the ceiling looked terrible.  they did not sand the prime coat at all.  this left a very rough texture all over the ceilings that were visible as soon as you look at them.  Especially in the cathedral ceilings in my front room.  There were also steaks so bad that I personally sanded the entire ceiling of a 5,500 sq foot new construction and repainted them myself.
I did make them aware of the ceiling looking so bad and I was told they are very professional and stand by their work.  I sent the owner of the company numerous pictures of the ceiling with rough patches and streaks.  They also said they would make things right.  That was the last message I ever heard from them.  I got tired of waiting on them to fix their substandard work as promised, so that's when I did it myself.  I should not have to beg a company and make them come fix a horrible job that was already paid for.
It was not so much a complete was of money, but my time to fix their mistakes.  Like I mentioned the primer was good.  I would only recommend this company for a commercial application, not a residential job.

Our house had been on the market for a while and was not getting any interest.  I called the guys at Central Indiana Painting to help us.  They painted the exterior of the home and all the walls inside plus our deck in the back.  Overall they are a professional company.  The estimate was really customized, I've never had another estimate like that.  They got to know what we wanted and needed.  When they started the job they were on time and have excellent communication.  They keep the job site very clean.  With this house we had some other contractors as well, and Central Indiana Painting kept their part very clean.  While working they kept everything nice and neat.  They are professional, they don't smoke on the job site.  They do really quality work.
