I'd been having some trouble with a recent alternator, belts, and battery install. Evidently, when the new alternator was installed the power surge blew out 2 new headlights I'd had installed the month before. I was disappointed that the service manager looked at the iinvoice from the previous mechanic and billed for the same labor they did, and didn't base it on their own experience (this is the reason "professionalism" was downgraded). I appreciated them working me in as I was in a time crunch. I was frustrated with all the problems, and I think they took advantage of that with regard to the billing. I noticed when I drove away, that the parking and fog lights had blown out as well. In their haste, they didn't check to see if the lights actually worked, because surely they would have noted to have all of them fixed. In any case, I now need a second trip to repair the rest.

They found the problem, provided an estimate for repairs, and allowed me to leave the car and take time to decided what to do because of the large amount involved in the repair. This was a great convenience to me.

I have had no problems with the service. They are competent.

I have never had a single issue with service, parts, scheduling or anything else. I started taking my company vehicles to Bartlett after having repeated problems with Mike Raisor Ford. I have used Bartlett for the last 5 years (2 trucks) and have never had a single issue. Figure a visit every 5000 miles for roughly 200,000 miles then add in repairs, without a single complaint. Pretty impressive. Having said that, I never see a bill because these are fleet vehicles, so I do not know what their rates are like. But they have to be competive or the fleet manager would not allow me to use them. I plan on buying my next personal vehicle from them.

For five years I'd had condensation on the inside of the windshield. Bartlett Sales and Service inspected various possible causes; found it to be a leak in the windshield; that the windshield would have to be replaced. Ordered the part, set a date to bring the car in. I needed to be home that day so they allowed me to take the car in the night before. They kept the car inside. I thought this was a good idea all around. Did the work the next day. Called when it was ready. Picked up my car and the condensation is no more. From the day I took the car in until it was finished was only four days. Every step of the way I was informed of the procedures they were pursuing.

They are good and I have had no problems with them. I have had a lot of interactions with them. I pretty much trust them. They are here in the country. They are good overall. Their quality is good as well.

The sales went smooth and I had no problems with them.

I had bought my vehicle from them, and so the repair work was done under warranty and there was no charge involved. They provide good service. They are a little expensive and are more than I am used to paying at another Ford dealer. They are very friendly and professional.
