It went very well. Mr. Ross was professional and answered my questions on the site visit. He walked with me around the entire foundation pointed out what he would do to deal with the problem. He provided me an estimate of the cost without any pressure. Once, I accepted the quote a few days later, Mr. Ross arrived at the mutually agreed upon time and performed the services in an efficient manner exactly as he said he would. I appreciated his honestly and willingness to explain to me what he would do and how he would do it.

My first contact by telephone with owner Ron Ross involved several questions on what was involved with an inspection & pricing. He gave a brief history of his company. He was on time for the set appointment a couple days later. As he proceeded with the inspection, he patiently explained in layman terms what he was looking for, termites very existence, how they caused damage, etc. On checking the premises, he showed me that previous treatment had been done by certain markings in the foundation. Bottom line: no further treatment is necessary at this time. Mr. Ross patiently answered all questions I had throughout his visit, and even when I called him the next day. I am very happy with the personal & professional way he handled this whole transaction.

I had good experiences with them. What stands out is his responsiveness and pleasant attitude. My neighbor uses him for handyman. I use him for pest control. He is confident, reliable, just a pleasant individual to be around. You like people that are going to be caring about what they do.

They are great people. They are very friendly. They do a great job. If something comes up between services we can call them and they will come out and take care of it, no extra charge because we pay them for the quaterly service.

He did provide us with a free inspection to determine if we needed any servicing for termites since our neighbor had experienced some. He showed us where there was evidence of activity. He quoted a fair price and we contracted for the service. We were used to having inside bug spraying because of spiders, ants, etc. He was able to provide that service as well. We are quite happy with Ron.
