I have used him three times. Two of the calls were random service calls. The third was for an emergency. They were prompt and did not take advantage of an emergency situation. The quality of work was very good. They were very responsive. They were fast and extremely courteous.

I liked their availability. They had a quick response time. The prices are reasonable. We live in an old house and they know how to handle old systems. They were professional. I would use them in the future.

He was 20 minutes late. Our appointment was at 3:30 p.m. and he arrived at 3:50 p.m. For a Service Call in the afternoon, that may be reasonable. He was very thorough. The competition didn't fix the problem, they just wanted us to purchase a whole new system. BOURBON PLUMBING & HEATING was very honest with what the problem was and they fixed it!!!! The fix was much cheaper than a new system. They even told us how to prevent future problems. Highly Recommend.
