I have been fixing up a property in order to use it as a rental.  I had hired another contractor last fall to check out the electrical system because the cable guy had been shocked pretty badly while working under the house. i wanted the property to be safe for the tenants.
also several outlets in the house would not hold the plug-ins securely enough, but they were working.
he replaced several  outlets and did some rewiring under the house.  when the tenants moved in, none of the outlets he had replaced worked and when they plugged in the washer there was smoke and a burning smell.  I
I knew the guy i hired would not return because i had been trying for sometime to get him to come back and finish his job.

so I called Webb& Lee Electric.  Charlie arrived when he said he would and worked alone for most of the day.  replaced burned wire running to the water heater (which the previous contractor said he had done) and replaced wire running to the washer. and then tracked down the problem with the outlets.  
he was prompt, congenial, hard working and determined to find the problem. 
the tenants have had no problems since the work was completed.
