They were on time. They discussed with us the options for installation. Ours was installed in an unfinished basement to the outside of the house. The were quiet while they were here. Very clean cut guys and courteous. The owner was one of the installers. They were not here long and we barely knew they were around. Couldn't have been any more professional. Great experience.
