Scott arrived on time. He was extremely professional, courteous and detailed in his inspection. He started on the roof and exterior of the nearly 5000 Sq ft home. He paused and wrote notes after each area of inspection. He also paused to explain any findings in each area before moving to the next area and ending in the basement. He checked every window, drain, and electric outlet. Unlike some inspector s I have had in the past, he did not make recommendations on what needs to be fixed but reported his findings in a very straight forward report and left it to me as to whether I want to take it to the next step with the seller. I would highly recommend the Home Inspector.

It was pretty uneventful. We got the report and nothing bad happened. We had some issues with them so we had to have that addressed and they handled that.

Scott and Charlie were at the house early and had already started their inspection when we arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time.  They each had a digital camera and laptop to work with the most efficiency and finished under the estimated time quoted.
Scott and Charlie were so wonderful!  They each walked us through parts of the house they had individually inspected as they finished them.  They both also explained stuff in a manner my fiance or I could understand.  I never felt silly or stupid asking questions or for clarification.  Even when I asked Scott if there was anything he saw that the FHA appraiser might see and want fixed before we get our loan, he answered in a very friendly and honest manner.
My realtor gave my three names and The Home Inspectors was the first she gave me.  I checked out all three on Angie's List and I'm so glad I chose the Home Inspectors.

The guys called before coming over and were on time. They introduced themselves and quickly got to work unloading equipment and moving any items that needed to be moved (with approval, of course). 
They were very efficient with their work and took just under 4 hours to complete the entire installation. There were no surprise fees and everything went smoothly. 
They came back a couple days later to get the radon test that they left in basement and reported results within a few business days.
No hesitation in recommending them again!

The guys were very thorough and efficient doing the home inspection. Everything went as discussed, with no surprise fees or the like.

It was pretty thorough.  They were punctual and easy to deal with.  The gentleman that did the inspection was pretty good.

These guys were great to work with. We got an appointment with them very quickly. They were very punctual and polite as well. During the inspection, they were respectful of us and of the home being inspected. They showed us possible issues and fixes during the inspection and also printed, on site, a very thorough and easy to read report for us to keep. I definitely will be recommending this company to others and will use them in the future as well.

WE WERE THRILLED WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. THEY KEPT US INVOLVED WITH WHAT WAS GOING ON AND PROVIDED A DETAILED REPORT WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY FOUND A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT IF THEY HADN'T WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR.
